Vicks VapoSteam Medicated Liquid with Camphor - Cough Suppressant

Vicks VapoSteam is specially designed for use in Vicks Hot Steam Vaporizers to produce medicated steam that helps relieve and suppress coughs. It is easy to use – simply fill your Vicks Vaporizer with cold water and add 1 tablespoon of VapoSteam for each quart of water used. The room will soon be filled with medicated steam that brings temporary relief from coughs caused by colds.

Vicks VapoSteam is intended for use in warm mist vaporizers and humidifiers to create a medicated vapor that relieves coughs. This liquid should only be used in vaporizers and humidifiers and should not be ingested.

Using Vicks VapoSteam is quick and easy – just add the liquid to your vaporizer or warm steam humidifier. The liquid contains camphor, a cough suppressant, which can help soothe dry, irritated airways and provide temporary relief from coughs due to throat and bronchial irritation caused by colds.

To use Vicks VapoSteam, add 1 tablespoon to each quart of water in your vaporizer, or 1½ tablespoons to each pint of water when using a warm mist humidifier. Be sure to place the VapoSteam in the medicine cup of your warm mist humidifier, not in the tank. Refer to the instructions for proper use.
